1. Fill out the form. Check carefully and click the "sign up" button.
2. With your registration succeeded, you will be redirected to a payment page. You can choose either PayPal or credit card to pay the fee for your services.
3. You will receive email confirmations for registration and payment, respectively. Your seats are reserved after the payment is received.
4. If you are not a CIE member, you are welcome to join CIE. You can click on Join CIE-DFW to sign up for your membership, and enjoy the discounted event price exclusively for members.
5. Book your seats early as space is limited.
Q: I made a registration yesterday but did not pay. How can I pay now?
A: Seems your registration session has expired. If this is the case, fill out the form again, then pay right after being directed to the payment page.
Q: Do you offer vegetarian options?
A: We can provide vegetarian/vegan diets that the restaurant offers. Please leave your reqeust in the comments when you make registration.
Q: I am an active CIE member. But when I register for the event, the system does not recognize me. How should this be resolved?
A: We discren membership by your email address. It is likely you are using an email address different from the one in your membership profile. Please check and try again. If the issue remains, contact our membership chair at email@example.com
Q: I am not a member but I am an active volunteer. Do you offer a discount for volunteers?
A: CIE appreciates contributions of volunteers. Please contact your team lead or event chair for the volunteer discount code.
Q: Do you store my credit card information for the next use?
A: We do not store any credit card information.
Q: Do I have to have a PayPal account in order to make a payment?
A: Major credit cards are acceptable through PayPal service without having to sign up.
Q: Can I do walk in registration?
A: Due to logistics, we do not accept walk in registration.
Q: May I refund my tickets?
A: Due to limited volunteer resource, tickets sold are non-refundable.
