Ning So, Head of Network Architecture, Tata Communications Ltd Mr. So joined Tata Communications (TCL) in April 2012 as the Head of Network Architecture. He is responsible for developing the architecture for the end-2-end global network and system infrastructure supporting the next generation Cloud products and solutions. Ning’s responsibility at TCL spans across Mobile network, access and WAN network, and Data Center network. In addition, Ning represents the company at various international standard organizations and technical conferences. Prior to joining TCL, Ning worked at Verizon for 16 years, leading the traffic engineering team on global layer 2 and 3 data networks and the cloud infrastructure design. Ning is an active contributor to standard organizations such as IETF, a frequent speaker at various industry conferences. He has more than 40 US patents and patent applications to date. Ning is also a member of Industry Advisory Board of University of Texas at Dallas. |

Matt has been involved in the IT Pro community for over 20 years. Matt is a skilled and experienced evangelist presenting to audiences nationally and internationally. Prior to joining Microsoft Matt was a highly successful Microsoft Certified Trainer for over 8 years. After joining Microsoft, Matt has continued to be heavily involved in IT Pro community as an IT Pro Evangelist. In his role at Microsoft Matt has presented to audiences in excess of 5000 and as small as 10. Matt has written 4 articles for TechNet magazine. In addition Matt has published 3 books. |

James Curl, Deloitte Consulting LLP James Curl joined Deloitte Consulting in 2010 as an engagement manager. During his tenure with Deloitte, James founded and led Deloitte’s Global TMT Nerve Center, a market research and sales support center of excellence supporting Deloitte’s major client teams. James has also worked with major US and Global telecommunications clients on a variety of major business and technical topics, including cloud operations, network-based cloud APIs, network operations optimization, and large scale billing system transformations. Prior to joining Deloitte, James worked for Trendium, a telecommunications software company, leading technology and strategy, and also worked for Alcatel-Lucent in R&D and product management capacities. James has contributed to the TM Forum and ATIS in key topic areas such as IPTV and home networking standards. |
