2016 CIE/USA-DFW Spring Technology Symposium

March 24, 2016 - 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

2016 CIE Tech Forum “Opportunities Outside of Your Current Career Path”

Chinese leaders approved an economic blueprint for next decade that emphasizes tackling long-term problems and reflects a realization that debt and investment can no longer power the world’s second-largest economy. What China really needs, is
deep structural reforms that will be heavily dependent on technology innovations. This presents many great opportunities to oversea Chinese professionals with deep STEM expertise.

In this technical forum, we want to bring together DFW area technical professionals to discuss the various opportunities and the many ways we can connect and participate in China economic transformation, and get more value out of our individual technical expertise. We are honored to have ACP president Charlie Yue and his colleagues to share what they have learned through their own journeys taking up business opportunities.

Seating is limited to 20, to ensure a high-quality interaction among attendees. We welcome top tech professionals and academia to join us. Pizza and spring water will be served.

This event is part of the CIE/DFW technical forum series to bring industry leaders and top technical talents together, to connect and feed off each others’ ideas. The event is free and open to the public. Online registration is required. The registration link is http://cie-2016-tech-forum-1.eventbrite.com
