2026 CIE Mentoring Circle

Applications Now Open – Register Here

Deadline: May 31, 2026

If you are a professional in the DFW area with over two years of working experience and are seeking long-term mentorship for personal development and leadership growth – This Program is for You!

The Mentoring Circle program was originally envisioned by Mark Carpenter, Senior Vice President of Transmission and Distribution Operations at Oncor. He believes “Man is the only animal that can learn from history and from the experiences of others. Mentoring groups are one of the most efficient and highest forms of this learning and development.”

Echoing this perspective, Clarie Jung, Engineering Director in Analog Power Products at Texas Instruments, adds “CIE’s mentoring circle focuses on talent development—the most important element in any organization.”

Empowered by CIE leaders, including Dr. Faa-Ching Wang, founder of CIE DFW Chapter, the program has been running successfully since 2019.
