2016 CIE/USA-DFW VEX Robotics Tournament – Nothing But Net Challenge

CIE/USA-DFW will be hosting our second annual VEX Robotics Competition (VRC)! Last year, CIE/USA-DFW successfully hosted the Skyrise VRC regional level competition at Rice Middle School, receiving positive feedback from all participating teams and volunteers. This year we aim to have even more participating teams as we prepare to host the Nothing But Net Challenge (regional level) on February 13th, 2016. The competition will be located at Schimelpfenig Middle School, with 24 teams participating.

deep structural reforms that will be heavily dependent on technology innovations. This presents many great opportunities to oversea Chinese professionals with deep STEM expertise.

2016 CIE/USA-DFW MathComp/MathFun

Collin College Spring Creek Campus 2800 E. Spring Creek Parkway, Plano, TX

The Annual MathComp/MathFun and Parenting Seminar is the flagship CIE/USA-DFW youth program attracting participation of about a thousand students, parents, educators and volunteers each year. This goal of this grand math fair is composed of 3 events: (a) a math competition, (b) a math fun fair and (c) a parenting seminar. The main goal is the simulate interest in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) subjects within the youth at their early ages.
