    The CIE/USA-DFW Chapter is pleased to present the 2017 Spring Technical Symposium \"Smart City, Smart Health\" on Saturday April 8th, 2017, from 12:30PM to 5:30PM at TI Auditorium at The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD). This event is co-hosted by CIE-DFW Chapter, IEEE Dallas Section and The University of Texas at Dallas. Admission is free, but advance registration is required.

  • 2017 CIE/USA-DFW MathComp/MathFun

    Collin College Spring Creek Campus 2800 E. Spring Creek Parkway, Plano, TX, United States
    The Annual MathComp/MathFun event and Parenting Seminar are the flagship events of the CIE/USA-DFW youth program. They attract the participation of nearly 1000 students, parents, educators, and volunteers each year. This grand math fair is composed of three events: (1) a math competition, (2) a math fun fair, and (3) a parenting seminar. The main goal is to stimulate young students\' interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) subjects.

  • 2017 CIE/USA-DFW Youth English Speech Contest

    The DFW Youth English Speech Contest will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at Collin College Conference Center. Registration is open until July 24, 2016. All students from grade 1 to grade 12 are welcome.

    The CIE Mentoring Program (CMP) event is one of the long-standing CIE/USA-DFW events featuring \"Leadership\" and \"Career Mentoring\" for young professionals. This event is especially designed for graduating university students and young professionals who desire to enhance their knowledge and hand-on experience on hiring process, career development, corporate culture, and leadership.     VEX Robotics Competition is one of the largest and fastest growing middle school, high school robotics programs globally (40 countries). Each year, an exciting engineering challenge is presented in the form of a game and 2018 theme is \"In The Zone\". In addition to the competition A Free Seminar will be given from 2:00PM ~ 3:00PM at the same location for parents and students who would like to learn about Robotics and to participate in robotics competition in the future.
