Steve Anderson, Analog business, Texas Instrument (TI)
Steve Anderson is senior vice president and general manager over the Texas Instruments (TI) Analog business, which includes High Performance Analog, High Volume Analog and Logic, Power Management, and Silicon Valley Analog.
Previously, Anderson served as the senior vice president and worldwide manager over High Performance Analog, managing an extensive portfolio of amplifiers, data converters and interface products, as well as medical and high-reliability products. These devices are used by a wide range of customers, with end equipment products spanning factory automation and control, communications base stations, data centers, automotive and consumer electronics, just to name a few.
Anderson has also held several other leadership positions within the company’s Analog division, including senior vice president over the Power Management business unit. Anderson and his teams helped grow TI to become the leading supplier of power management integrated circuits.
Anderson began his career with TI in 1999 when the company acquired Chicago-based Power Trends, which he joined in 1989. One of the first employees of Power Trends, Anderson held a variety of management positions from corporate controller to CIO. Anderson earned a bachelor’s degree in information systems from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
